The service
Pikcup is a marketplace that connects customers with salons offering last-minute appointment openings at a discount. We facilitate bookings; we are not a salon and do not provide salon services ourselves.
How payment works
When you book through Pikcup, you pay a small platform fee (the “Pikcup fee”) to Pikcup at the time of booking. This fee is approximately 10–15% of the discounted service price. The remaining balance is paid directly to the salon at your appointment, through the salon’s own payment system. Pikcup is never in the salon’s payment flow.
Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment start time for a full refund of the Pikcup fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If a salon cancels or significantly changes your appointment, you are entitled to a full refund of the Pikcup fee regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
No-shows
If you do not show up for a confirmed appointment without cancelling, the Pikcup fee is forfeited and the salon is not obligated to rebook you. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to use Pikcup.
SMS consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive one-time verification codes from Pikcup via SMS. See our SMS Terms for full details, including how to opt out.
Provider relationships
Providers listed on Pikcup are independent businesses. Pikcup does not employ stylists or control service quality. Any disputes about the quality of services rendered should be directed to the provider. Pikcup is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pikcup’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to Pikcup in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Pikcup after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
